The exhibit hall is a vital part of the MECA experience; attendees are introduced to new products, equipment and management ideas. The objective of MECA is to showcase the products of exhibitor partners clearly and attractively. We ask that exhibitors NOT share booths; it is confusing to attendees to view one logo and speak with representatives about different products. The company logo represented in the conference app, on signage and printed on name badges will be that of the registered exhibitor. MECA appreciates your support of the conference and will make every effort to make your sponsorship profitable for your company and beneficial to MECA members.

Prizes donated by an exhibitor should not identify the exhibitor and the exhibitor will not be identified to attendees when the prizes are awarded. To provide a prize to be given away at the general session, please email exhibit@ms-meca.org or contact Marcine Freeman [601.540.0016].
